360 Rail Services’ staff have performed rail planning, surveying, rail infrastructure design, and construction for the Casper Crude to Rail unloading facility in Casper, WY. They were able to work around a sensitive wetland environment successfully.

This project included the construction of manifest tracks, multiple loop tracks, a bad order track, and 5 at-grade crossings. This project designed and constructed a track that allowed up to three unit trains to occupy the facility simultaneously.
