Recent Projects

Crude Oil Unloading Facility

360 Rail Services’ staff have performed rail construction for the BNSF served Genesis Energy facility in New Orleans, LA. Here, 360 constructed a lead track, multiple loop tracks, a railcar repair track, and a bad order track. This facility allowed for multiple unit trains on site at one time. The project schedule for this facility was accelerated from 18 months to 8 months during construction. 360 Rail Services’ extensive experience in the construction of industrial projects was crucial for meeting the needs of the owner under these conditions.

Wind Component Facility Loading Tracks

The 360 Rail Services team successfully delivered the design and construction of loading tracks for a wind turbine component facility within an extremely tight timeline. This project shows off the best advantages of 360’s design-build approach. Our fully in-house team can take your project from concept to completion in record time at a very reasonable cost.

Grain Transloading Facility

360 Rail Services’ staff have performed rail planning, surveying, and rail infrastructure design and construction for a rail served grain transloading facility in Alliance, NE. This project included the design and construction of a loop track and setout track to allow for grain cars to be loaded. Our experienced engineers and construction team were able to create a facility in limited space that is capable of supporting an entire unit train.

Railroad Landslide Scan

The 360 Rail Services Geospatial business unit helped provide valuable terrain data in a time of crisis for a Class 1 railroad in the Northwestern United States. Our team was able to provide section-sheets with high absolute accuracy within three hours of beginning data collection. The lessons learned on the capabilities of unmanned aerial LiDAR in this project have impacted our approach to similar projects throughout the railroad industry.
